Gwyneth’s “Everything Shower”
Gwyneth’s “Everything Shower”

I’ve been doing my version of an “everything shower” out here in Amagansett this summer. It’s a little simpler than the ones on TikTok, and it’s moreover clean—made without a long list of ingredients linked to harmful health effects. To make it uneaten invigorating, I finish with a minute or so of pure unprepossessed water (hairstylists say unprepossessed water is unconfined for hair, too).

I’m obsessed with dry brushing.
I rarely take a shower without starting with a good dry brush—all over, brushing toward the heart. It’s wondrous for exfoliation, skin quality, and energy.

I love shine
(so does Brad).
So, so good. Clean hair superintendency is nonflexible to make, but this shampoo really delivers shine, softness, and manageability. Brad tried it a few days ago, and plane he gave it a rave review.

And I need moisture.
I get incredible shine and vellicate with this creamy, nourishing conditioner. It feels unconfined in your hair, smells amazing, and rinses easily. Clean tech has gotten so good, it’s nonflexible to believe.

My two-in-one trick:
bodywash and scrub.
Microderm foams into this gentle lather with exfoliating beads suspended in it, so it feels fantastic. And it smells fresh, green, and invigorating.

Last, the weightier soul oil.
I think this is Apple’s all-time favorite goop product—she’s obsessed, and so am I. It really does make your skin glow. And it smells like a summer vacation. I put it on right without the shower.
